Hebrews 13:15-16    Through Jesus, therefore, let us continually offer to God a sacrifice of praise--the fruit of lips that confess his name. And do not forget to do good and to share with others, for with such sacrifices God is pleased. Hebrews 13:15-16    Through Jesus,    How must we come to the Father?    John 14:6    Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. therefore,    What is this "there for"?    Hebrews 13:9-14    Do not be carried away by all kinds of strange teachings. It is good for our hearts to be strengthened by grace, not by ceremonial foods, which are of no value to those who eat them. We have an altar from which those who minister at the tabernacle have no right to eat. The high priest carries the blood of animals into the Most Holy Place as a sin offering, but the bodies are burned outside the camp. And so Jesus also suffered outside the city gate to make the people holy through his own blood. Let us, then, go to him outside the camp, bearing the disgrace he bore. For here we do not have an enduring city, but we are looking for the city that is to come. let us continually offer to God a sacrifice of praise    Why do we praise Him?    Psalm 50:23    He who sacrifices thank offerings honors me, and he prepares the way so that I may show him the salvation of God." --the fruit of lips that confess his name.    What produced the fruit?    Hosea 14:2    Take words with you and return to the LORD . Say to him: "Forgive all our sins and receive us graciously, that we may offer the fruit of our lips. And    How many great commandents are there? do not forget to do good and to share with others,    "Love your neighbor as your self."    Psalm 37:3    Trust in the LORD and do good; dwell in the land and enjoy safe pasture. for with such sacrifices God is pleased.    Why do we want to please God?    Micah 6:7-8    Will the LORD be pleased with thousands of rams, with ten thousand rivers of oil? Shall I offer my firstborn for my transgression, the fruit of my body for the sin of my soul? He has showed you, O man, what is good. And what does the LORD require of you?
